During the course of each web design project, we keep you posted on the status of the project by providing you with progress reports, describing the work completed, the date & description of content needed from the client to finish the project, and more.

Web site development costs vary depending on the scope of the project and the amount of manhours required to complete the project. With other web design companies, much of this time is spent doing design and re-design work. This can cost the client THOUSANDS of dollars in wasted development costs. At Over the Hill Web Consulting, we put the client to work.
Our clients provide us with their company business plans, website likes and dislikes, and provide us a general idea of what they might like their site to look like and what functions it might include. We analyze this info, making suggestions on how the design can be improved upon. The initial design is based on these factors. Since the client is involved in the web strategy from inception, we can design the site to exact specifications the first time. If you have no ideas on how you would like your website to look and unlimited creativity is required to determine the final outcome, we may need to provide you a more extensive quote for our services based our normal hourly rate.

- Client will provide site images electronically via e-mail in one of the following formats: zip, jpeg, gif, png, psd, tif. (Please note that it is preferable that logos be submitted as layered psd or tif files with transparent backgrounds.)
